We specialize in residential multi family properties in New York, Upstate New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, West Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, Alabama, Georgia & Louisiana. 

The company’s operations are characterized by a commitment to excellence based upon uncompromising integrity and loyalty to owners, while showing residents the highest possible consideration and concern for the quality of their environment.

Among the standard services provided are rent collections, bookkeeping, bill paying, monthly I&E reporting, court appearances, violation removal, due diligence, construction, preventative maintenance and employee supervision. All back-office operations are fully computerized.
