In 1988, Izzy Kirzner laid the foundation for what would become Sharp Management, not with a corporate playbook but with grit, hustle, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way. Starting in the heart of New York City, Izzy managed multifamily properties with a simple philosophy: if you care for the properties and the people, success will follow.

Those early years were hands-on. Every vacancy filled, every boiler repaired, every lease signed was another step forward. Izzy was in the buildings, in the basements, and side by side with residents and staff, building trust brick by brick.

For three decades, Sharp grew quietly in New York, earning a reputation for integrity, accountability, and excellence. Then in 2018, a pivotal moment arrived with our first step beyond New York at Bon Vista Villas in Morgantown, West Virginia. From there, doors opened across Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, and beyond.
